GrainTrackr is built in Saskatchewan for the grain handling businesses around it - seed cleaning plants, elevators and co-operatives running real tonnes across a real scale.
Most facilities we meet are running the office on a stack of spreadsheets, a filing cabinet and somebody’s memory. It works, right up until the person who knows where everything is takes a week off, or a grower asks what happened to a load from four months ago.
The bigger software built for this industry is priced and shaped for terminals, not for a plant with a handful of staff. So the choice has been an enterprise system that costs more than it saves, or carrying on with the spreadsheets. GrainTrackr exists to be the third option: the whole job in one place, at a price a small facility can sign off without a committee.

Reports and invoices export whenever you want them, and if you ever leave we will hand over your facility's records. Nothing here depends on making it hard to go.
