Questions we get asked
Is the price per facility or per user?
Per facility. Everyone who works there gets their own account at no extra cost, so there is no reason to share a login or leave somebody off.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe. The trial runs 30 days and does not ask for a card to start, so there is no auto-charge to forget about.
Are any features held back on a cheaper tier?
No. There is one plan and it includes the lot - orders, invoicing, screenings, inventory, scheduling, timecards, forms and reporting.
Can I pay monthly instead?
No. There is one plan, paid once a year. It keeps the billing simple for both of us, and it is why the price is what it is rather than higher.
How long am I committed for?
A year at a time. You pay once up front, and it renews automatically on the same date each year unless you cancel before then. There is no notice period to give, and if you cancel your access runs to the end of the year you have already paid for.
What does support look like?
You deal with the people who build it, in the same time zone as most of our customers. Get in touch through this site and you are not going through a queue in another country.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Reports and invoice PDFs export from inside the app, and if you ever leave you can ask us for a full export of your facility's records.
